I unfortunately had to make several attempts to buy my first house. Each case was handled by Steven and his team, and I can happily say that all were handled with the same, high level of professionalism I would expect. They clearly have a well defined and straightforward conveyancing process in place, getting all the necessary documentation ready in time for exchange. I very much welcomed the weekly updates, even if nothing appeared to change. Not all communication was handled through email, indeed the more complicated and concluding stages were explained over the phone. Highly recommended!

Great firm and team, but could do with simplifying the legal talk for non legal people I found my self lost with the terminology (solicitor talk makes sense to them but not common folk like me) would of been nice to talk it through using simpler terminology that we can under stand, but apart from that, great service, got the job done as quickly as they could.

The whole team at GM Wilson who have been involved in the sale of our previous home, purchase of our new build, and the part exchange scheme, have been excellent.
